1,Introduction
This machine is a full-automatic production equipment of mask finished products.It uses ultrasonic fusion method to weld the mask.From the body of the production mask to the welding ear belt,the one drag two plane mask integrated machine is composed of one coil feeding machine,one plane mask laminating machine(body machine),one set of wiring machine and two ear belt welding machines.It can automatically complete the body molding of the mask,automatically add the nose rib,and weld the ear belt and automatic operation,only one material receiving personnel and one operator can operate multipe equipment.The machine can be produced continuously for 24 hours,with a daily production capacity of more than 120000 masks.
The plane one with two mask machine is connected to a respirator body machine and one shunt in machine, welding machine is connected through the shunt machine and the ear belt, after the machine started the mask machine body produced by the transmission belt conveyor to shunt machine, by shunt machine transmission to the ear belt splicer for mask part of the ear belt welding to complete a finished mask, the whole process to achieve full automation of the production process, does not require manual operation, which is a body machine and two ears with the machine to yield up to 100-120 / min.

Welding principle: through the air compressor to provide air source power, guide to the cylinder inside the linear reciprocating movement. 4,Installation, debugging and training
4.1.Party a shall be responsible for the transportation of the equipment in party a's factory ,and party b shall be responsible for the precise positioning.
4.2.Party a shall be responsible for the electrification and ventilation of the equipment in party a's factory ,and party b shall be responsible for the fine debugging.
4.3.Party b shall be responsible for the installation and debugging of the equipment;During debugging, party b shall be responsible for solving any problems;Party a shall cooperate with party b to meet the necessary conditions for debugging;
4.4.After the equipment is transported to party a, party a shall place the equipment in the designated area,party b's staff shall correct the overall level, and the installation and debugging shall be completed within one week if party a provides debugging materials;
4.5.After the equipment installation and debugging is completed, party b shall conduct technical handover and operation maintenance training to party a's operators and equipment maintenance personnel. Party b shall not operate the equipment until it passes the training;The trainee must be a stable employee of party a, and the training shall not exceed 2 times.4.6.Party b shall provide training for party a's related personnel free of charge. 5,After-sales Service And Quality Assurance
The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months from the date of formal acceptance of the equipment.
