High Temperature Vacuum Brazing Furnace is mainly used for vacuum brazing of stainless steel, copper, titanium alloy, superalloy, and hard alloy. Widely used in vacuum brazing of nickel, copper and silver brazing fluxes. Suitable for brazing of various stainless steel plate heat exchangers, EGR (exhaust gas recirculation system), diamond tools, optical instruments and other products.

Product Features and Special Configuration

First, preparation work

Check the water level of the pool

If there is no water, fill it with water. The water source switch is on the side of the toilet sink (pool· There is also a switch on the side, usually normally open)

Power cabinet (power supply): Turn on the main switch, compressor, and water pump in sequence.

Control cabinet

First open the control cabinet main power (on the right side)

Press the Job Allow button to check for an alarm (the next step is started without an alarm).

Water pressure is lower than 0.08MPa or water temperature is higher than 40 °C, water cooling alarm)

Place the sample

Features:

Heating is heated by multi-stage temperature control to ensure good temperature uniformity in the temperature zone.

Heating under vacuum can remove the grease and oxide film on the surface of the workpiece, so the surface brightness of the part is high.

No flux is required and no post-weld cleaning is required.

Precautions

When not doing the experiment, vacuum the furnace, open the rotary vane pump, Roots pump, low vacuum valve, and pump for 10 minutes. Shut down again!

The furnace is a horizontal single-chamber horizontal charging structure, and can also be designed as a three-chamber continuous vacuum brazing furnace;

High temperature molybdenum heating zone heating, molybdenum and multi-layer stainless steel mesh form a full metal insulation furnace, and the temperature uniformity is good;
