The High Temperature Vacuum Sintering Furnace uses induction heating. Graphite heating element, carbon felt insulation. The workpiece is placed in the loading position, loaded, sent to the feeding chamber through the trolley, and heated by vacuuming. After heating and sintering, it is cooled out of the furnace.
Due to the high temperature of the heating zone and good thermal insulation, the workpiece is slowly cooled and usually takes more than ten hours to cool. For rapid cooling, gas cycle cooling can be used. Usually, Ar gas is used, and water cooling is performed by a heat exchanger to shorten the cooling time.
