Hydrogen furnace heater

Hydrogen furnace heating method

The hydrogen furnace is divided into two types: internal heating type and external heating type according to heating mode. The internal heating type is provided with a heater in the heat insulating layer, and the heater directly heats the workpiece. The external heating type is provided outside the furnace made of a high temperature resistant alloy. The heater indirectly heats the workpiece through the furnace wall, so that the workpiece is no longer contaminated by the volatile materials generated by the heating material and the thermal insulation material, and is allowed to be in any The workpiece is heat treated and thermally processed under a protective atmosphere (including flammable, explosive, toxic gases, corrosive gases), and the maximum temperature is limited by the furnace material.
