PRODUCT DETAIL PRESENTATION

The pressureless sintered silicon carbide sintering furnace is mainly used for ceramic non-metal firing. It is a high-purity, ultra-fine silicon carbide powder as a raw material, and a small amount of sintering aids such as boron, carbon, etc., in an inert gas or vacuum atmosphere at atmospheric pressure. In the case of sintering at a high temperature of 1950~2100 °C, the obtained product is almost completely dense and has a ceramic material with excellent mechanical properties.

It is used for isostatic pressing of sintered materials under high pressure gas and high temperature.

The hot isostatic pressing device is mainly composed of a pressure vessel, a gas pressurizing device, a heating furnace and a control system. The pressure vessel part mainly comprises a sealing ring, a pressure vessel, a top cover and a bottom cover; the gas pressurization equipment mainly comprises a gas compressor, a filter, a check valve, an exhaust valve and a pressure gauge; the heating furnace mainly comprises a heating body , sensor and thermometer or thermocouple; control system consists of power control, temperature control and pressure control; Sigma data processing software.

The equipment is designed to work at a pressure of 5-50 MPa and a maximum operating temperature of 2000 °C.

Working environment is nitrogen and inert gas
