The vacuum induction melting furnace is a complete set of equipment for metal smelting and vacuum smelting under vacuum conditions using the principle of medium frequency induction heating.
The vacuum induction melting furnace has become a series of products with specifications ranging from 1Kg to 2T. The intermediate frequency power supply can be equipped with thyristor inverter power supply or IGBT inverter power supply according to user requirements.
Since vacuum induction melting is carried out in a thin atmosphere (vacuum), the content of gases and inclusions in the molten steel can be reduced, the purity of the steel is high, the oxidation amount of the easily oxidizable element is small, and the chemical composition of the alloy can be precisely controlled.

Electromagnetic induction heating. Due to the different heating methods, the induction furnace has no graphite electrode required for arc heating, thereby eliminating the possibility of carbon addition of the electrode, and thus it is possible to melt steel and alloys having extremely low carbon content which are difficult to smelt in an electric arc furnace.
There is a certain intensity of electromagnetic stirring in the molten pool, which can promote the uniformity of the molten steel composition and temperature, and the inclusion, growth and floating of the steel inclusions.
Less smoke and less pollution to the environment. There is almost no flame and no combustion products during the smelting process.
The molten pool has a small specific surface area.
